Supporters energized: Supporters are encouraged to connect with Bridgely, give to, and participate in locally led impact initiatives. 

• This approach shifts the focus from responding to needs and actively engaging with and supporting local efforts. 
• By doing so, supporters can see the direct impact of their giving and build meaningful relationships with the communities they are helping.

Organizations become Organic in nature: Organizations are encouraged to increase intercultural connections, foster effective and enhance collaborative missional partnership.

• This approach moves away from driving change from the top-down. Together we promote a living Kingdom environment. 
• By linking partners and encouraging intercultural exchange, it moves deeper into the organic (living) relationship, and we can achieve more sustainable and valuing outcomes, that transforms rather than conforms.
