My life Commitment to Service and Leadership

My life has been shaped by a spiritual journey that continually strengthens my faith in God and guides my actions. I am deeply committed to serving others, especially those who are marginalized, vulnerable, or in need. This calling is rooted in my belief that faith must be expressed through compassion, advocacy, and practical support for the least, the lost, and the left behind.

From an early age, my parents instilled in me the values of faith, hope, and love. Their example and encouragement led me to embrace faith, pursue baptism, and engage deeply with foundational Christian literature. These experiences taught me the importance of sacrificial love and lifelong learning.

I recognize my imperfections and the ongoing need for repentance and growth. My daily practice includes prayer, reflection, and a commitment to living out the teachings of Christ. Since 2001, I have actively studied and addressed issues such as human trafficking and the refugee crisis, seeking to bring light and freedom to those in darkness through education, advocacy, and prayer.

Inspired by Andrew Murray’s concept of “absolute surrender,” I strive to embody the fullness of Christ’s love in all I do. My guiding scripture is Jeremiah 1:7-10, which speaks to my sense of calling and responsibility:

Leadership at Missio Christus Reach Global

As Global Executive Director of Missio Christus Reach Global, I lead a dedicated team in advancing Christ’s mission worldwide. My role encompasses strategic oversight, partnership development, and organizational leadership, ensuring that our initiatives remain focused on serving children, young adults, and families living in extreme poverty.

Under my leadership, Missio Christus Reach Global collaborates with churches and Christian organizations globally, employing a holistic Christian missional approach. We prioritize transformative relationships, holistic education, and comprehensive care, guided by the principles of prayer, dignity, transparency, and local engagement. I am responsible for fostering partnerships, overseeing program implementation, and maintaining accountability to our mission and values.

I work closely with our executive team, board of directors, and partner organizations to ensure that our efforts are impactful, sustainable, and Christ-centered. Through initiatives such as the Prolife Prosper platform, we facilitate communication, relationship-building, and resource sharing between cause communities and supporters, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of those we serve.

My leadership is rooted in a commitment to servant leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering faith—empowering others to join in the mission of bringing hope, healing, and transformation to communities in need.
